Best Barbarian Armor Diablo 3
Nope, its definitely got 6 affixes. The max you can get from combined str/vit on a chest is +100/+100, so this definitely has +str/+vit, +str, and +vit (3 affixes) plus 3 more for the armor/resist/mf.Absolutely perfect rolls would be:. +200 Strength. +200 +300 Vitality. +80 Resist All. +397 Armor (854 total armor with a perfect base roll). +20% Magic FindBeyond that, it would be an improvement to drop either the +str or +vit affix in favor of +3 sockets. This would give you either +374 Strength, +100 Vitality or +100 Strength, +374 +474 Vitality (depending on preference).Side note: the base armor on this item is actually pretty bad, but the +armor is nearly max which helps compensate.

(Archon Armor's base armor value is 397-457 and this piece has 403 base.)Edit:Just double-checked and chest is one of the 'primary' slots for Vitality, so the +vit affix can go up to +200 (giving +300 vitality total). This means dropping +str and then socketing str would be another reasonable option, giving: +274 Strength, +300 Vitality. Here is a question I've had for a while. Are we really going to see PvP w/gear? I know that's how WoW was done, and I'd like to see it as an option, but I'd also like to see it as an eSport along the lines of Bloodline Champions or a MOBA. It seems like the ARPG version of quake.
Insanely fast and fun. If they figured out an SC2 version of Matchmaking it would be a funny Micro/Macro comparison where some people could focus on getting gear to get to higher leagues or some people could out play their opponents.I don't know. I'd like gear agnostic PvPedit: I was discussing the Arena PvP, not in-game:.

I'm pretty sure their current plan is to use a wow-style MMR (match-making rating) so that you play mostly against people with equivalent gear/skill (should win 50% of your games). I think its also likely that this MMR will be completely hidden from players since they want PvP to be 'just for fun' and not at all a competitive e-sport.While a gear agnostic PvP mode would certainly be interesting to some, I can't imagine them ever doing such a thing in a game that is so focused on gear. It would also be tricky to handle builds that rely on specific gear setups. If pvp isn't seen as an incentive to get gear, it will upset a lot of people. I personally don't care because I'm not planning on getting into the pvp, but I can very much understand why people would want to sort of validate their farming in by using it in a competitive environment.
Until then, gearing beyond the ability to easily farm act 3 inferno hardly has any basis in a competitive person's mind.If there were ever tournaments, I'd think they would give players standard sets of gear. They did that with wow arena tournaments right?.
