SC4: Large size/tileset cities meant I could create a few small communities or towns within my city, let them grow individually over time and then connect them up later if I chose to. Sometimes the only connection between some of these communities would be rail or water, all kinds of possibilities.SC5: You only get one size of city space and it's smaller than the medium tileset from SC4. So it puts a cramp in my preferred play style. Neighbor cities are essentially paused (just like SC4) so playing the neighbors as well is not the same thing.Casual players probably won't be bothered, but I might not be a casual Sim City player I guess.
